Treleaven Cottages

Bookings taken by phone or online should be considered as provisional until the booking is reviewed by us, and the non-refundable deposit of 25% is processed. You will receive written confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before you holiday.

In the event of a cancellation, you must notify us immediately and we will confirm receipt of your cancellation.

​

We will do your best to re-let the accommodation, but if we are unsuccessful you will be liable to pay the full amount due. We strongly advise you take out insurance cover to this eventuality.

We realise that uninsurable events do occur and we will move a deposit from one week to another within the same calendar year if at all possible.

​

The accommodation is equipped for family type holidays. It will not accommodate more that the stated number. Only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the property.

Guests must take responsibility for their children.

​

If for any reason beyond our control the property becomes unavailable for the date booked (for example, fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions), you will be refunded for the full amount of the booking, but the applicant shall have no further claim against us.

There is a no smoking policy in both cottages.

​

We are happy to accept a small dog in Golden Meadows by prior arrangement. There is no charge.

​

Your dog must be kept on a lead when outside the cottage. There is a small enclosed garden at the front of the property. Only 1 dog over the age of 1 permitted. All poo must be picked up.

​

Dogs must be kept off the furniture and beds and must not be left in the cottage unattended.

​

Proprietors reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.

​

We shall do all we can to ensure the accommodation is clean and comfortable for your arrival, and it would be most appreciated if you try and leave is as you find it. Any articles that are damaged, broken or lost must be paid for.

​

To allow time for the accommodation to be prepared for incoming guests, we ask you to vacate by 10am on the morning of departure. Your cottage will be ready from 3pm on your day of arrival.
